2. Client Responsibilities

 

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information and timely communication throughout the planning process. Clients are also responsible for any approvals, permits, or licenses required for their event, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

3. Payments & Deposits

  • A signed contract and deposit are required to secure services.

  • All remaining balances must be paid according to the payment schedule outlined in the client’s agreement.

  • Failure to make payments on time may result in suspension or cancellation of services.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

​

  • Cancellation policies, including fees, are specified in individual client contracts.

  • Deposits are generally non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in writing.

  • In the event of cancellation by Fouray Events LLC, any fees paid for unrendered services will be refunded.

 

5. Vendors & Third Parties

Fouray Events LLC may recommend or contract third-party vendors on behalf of clients. While we strive to work with reputable professionals, we are not liable for the actions, omissions, or performance of third-party vendors.

6. Limitation of Liability

​

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fouray Events LLC shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from services.

  • Event disruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control (including weather, natural disasters, labor disputes, or public emergencies).

 

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Fouray Events LLC and may not be used without written consent.

8. Changes to Terms
